The property, built in 2005, is a 14,500 SF, single-story, first-class office space, situated on over six acres. Conveniently located close to Route 3 it has been the headquarters to Gragil Associates since 2005.

Durgin represented the Seller, Pembroke Realty Trust and procured the Buyer, B&M Real Estate Investment, LLC. The Buyer, who owns and operates an Electrical Design & Contracting Company plans to occupy the building in addition to expanding its footprint.
