Dartmouth Property Management Picks Up Three Additional Boston Assignments

BOSTON — Dartmouth Property Management continues to grow its portfolio in 2022, adding three additional property management assignments to round out the first quarter of 2022.

The three Boston properties are 660 Harrison Avenue, 720 Harrison Avenue and 151 Charles Street, in Boston’s West End neighborhood, according to a release. 660 & 720 Harrison Avenue, medical office buildings totaling 130,000 sq ft, are owned by BentallGreenOak, the global real estate investment, development, and advisory firm with properties in 13 countries and 27 cities.

151 Charles Street, a mixed-use asset anchored by CVS Pharmacy, and includes 7 residential units, was purchased in January by an international investment firm.

Boulay says the Dartmouth team is poised for continuing its diverse growth within its portfolio and foresees bringing in additional assignments throughout the year.
