Cummings Inks Boston Spine and Scoliosis to Trade Center 128

WOBURN — Boston Spine and Scoliosis, P.C. is expanding its reach to Woburn, with a new 1,875-square-foot outpatient practice at TradeCenter 128 in Woburn. Founded and directed by Mitchell Hardenbrook, MD, Boston Spine and Scoliosis specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of complex spine conditions.

Dr. Hardenbrook and his team aim to reduce the trauma of spine surgery through advanced muscle-sparing cervical and lumbar procedures, motion preservation techniques, and minimally invasive surgery. The Woburn practice joins the group’s existing locations in Hopedale, Newton, and Westborough, Massachusetts.

Cummings Properties leasing director Steve Cusano worked with Kevin Malloy, of Avison Young, to execute the lease. “Home to a robust medical community, TradeCenter 128 offers Boston Spine and Scoliosis an exceptional combination of patient convenience and professional synergy,” said Cusano. “The property’s highly visible location along I-95 is ideal for both current patients and new referrals traveling from across the region.”
