Cruz of Stubblebine Completes $4.6M Sale of Lexington Warehouse Distribution

Lexington — Danny Cruz, Senior Advisor at The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International represented Heavenly Investments, in the purchase of 25 Calumet Rd, Methuen, MA for $4,600,000. The industrial property totaled 28,754 SF of existing distribution space on 1.99 acres of land. The seller of the property was Donahue Brothers. who were represented by Mike Harrington of Harrington & Company.
