Conway Commercial Completes Triple Play Worth $7.5M in South Shore TradesAugust 08, 2022
NORWELL — Paul Durgin, Vice President of Conway Commercial, recently completed three sales in the respective towns of Norwell, Plymouth, and Rockland.
The Village Sports Club at Pinehills, located at 30 Golf Drive is a 42,000 SF facility that includes tennis courts, pickleball courts, an Olympic-size pool, and exercise rooms. Durgin represented the Seller and procured the Buyer, Segesta LLC. The new owner plans to renovate the facility, along with adding basketball & volleyball courts, a restaurant, outdoor activities, and more. The property traded for $3,200,000.
Durgin’s second trade was an office complex located in Norwell at 133, 137, & 141 Washington Street. The complex consists of three buildings totaling 24,000 SF. Durgin represented the Seller, JPC Norwell RT while Attorney Walter Sullivan represented the Buyer, Norwell Holdings, LLC. The building sold for $2,549,000. The owner plans to continue to operate the offices as Investment properties.
“There was tremendous interest in the property, resulting in multiple offers,” relayed Durgin regarding an office/warehouse play at 170 Pleasant Street in Rockland, also completed by Conway’s Durgin. The 12,400 SF flex is situated on 1.2 acres. Durgin represented the Seller, Andrew Bear, and procured the Buyer, Kim Demello. The property sold for $1,700,000. It is currently occupied by Heritage Restoration, Inc. which recently signed a long-term lease.
