Christie of Hunneman Brokers $2.8M Turn-key Mixed-Use Building in Arlington

Boston — Hunneman completed the $2,800,000 sale of 925-927 Massachusetts Avenue in Arlington, MA. Executive Vice President and Principal, Carl Christie, and Vice President Dan McGee of Hunneman represented the seller.

This newly renovated mixed-use property boasts a prime location with frontage on Mass Ave, providing convenient access to the Mass Turnpike and I-95. Comprising of six units in total, the property offers a blend of three first-floor commercial suites and three apartment units. In addition, the property includes off-street parking in the rear for added convenience. The property underwent substantial renovations in 2019, and was purchased fully occupied earlier this week.

“There was a lot of interest in this asset,” said Christie. “The excellent location on Mass Ave and the turnkey quality of the property created immediate interest from the market.”
