CCIM Elects New England Leadership for 2019; Hurd To Serves as President

BOSTON–The (New England) CCIM Chapter announced its new leadership team for 2019.

Karen Hurd, CCIM and Senior Vice President of SVN International Corp. in Boston will serve as the 2019 President of the New England CCIM Chapter starting on Jan.1, 2019. Hurd has been actively involved with the CCIM Institute on a national and local level for the past 8 years and earned her pin in March 2018. She uses her 25 years of industry experience to help build and protect enterprise value of a long list of entrusted clients. As part of SVN’s leadership team, she plays a vital role in SVN’s brand development and strategic growth as they continue to expand in New England and globally.

“We are thrilled to have Karen on board as our President-Elect and believe that, given her industry experience and marketing expertise, she is the right person to take us to the next level,” lauded current Chapter President, Michael Delsesto.

“I am appreciative of the opportunity to lend my talents and skills to help advance the New England CCIM Chapter and its members. I intend to expand CCIM’s educational outreach and collaboration to NAR, IREM, SIOR, CREW Network and other industry organizations, proclaimed Hurd.”

Karen Hurd
