Berkeley Building Co. Starts Construction of New HQ for Genuity Science at 90 Canal

BOSTON–Berkeley Building Company, the Reading construction management firm, has started work on the new US corporate headquarters for Genuity Science at 90 Canal Street, in Boston’s North Station area - adjacent to the TD Garden.

“We are thrilled at the opportunity to work with such a dynamic company in such a challenging environment and look forward to a successful completion in August of this year”, noted Don Carter, the Project Manager for Berkeley Building Company.

Genuity Science is a leading global open-access technology platform company offering end-to-end solutions to empower organizations to discover, develop, and manufacture biologics from concept to commercial manufacturing. Designed by SMMA, the interior of the space will be a mixture of modern finishes while preserving significant portions of the historical interior architecture of the space. The features will include restoring the existing brick arched support walls, the exposed wood framing and portions of the exterior fenestration.
