Exeter, NH — Rick Bartley of Nordlund Associates, Inc. completed the brokerage assignment of 29 Garfield St., Exeter, NH. The 7,920 square foot warehouse sits on a .5 acre lot.

Rick Bartley and Nordlund Associates represented the seller, Twenty Nine Garfield Street, LLC and the buyer, BODE Holdings, LLC in the transaction.
