Alvarado of SVN Parsons Deals Waltham 8,500 SF Office/Med Building for $1.7 Million

Waltham — SVN | Parsons Commercial Group, Boston has completed the sale of an 8,500-square-foot office/medical building on approximately one-third of an acre at 42 Weston Street in Waltham, Massachusetts to A-Trac Computer Sales & Services for $1.7 million.

Senior Advisor, Marci Alvarado of SVN represented the Seller, Research Realty, LLC. In the transaction, Jordan Berns and Tyler Capecci of 128 CRE represented the Buyer, A-Trac Computer Sales & Services.

The Buyer, A-Trac, will be moving from their current location on Second Avenue in Waltham into the majority of 42 Weston Street later this year. According to one of the partners, the property’s location and access to major routes were the reasons they purchased it. In addition, the ability to occupy the space for their own needs was a key deciding factor.

42 Weston Street is on Route 20, located one mile from Interstate 95 and 3.2 miles from the Massachusetts Turnpike.
