Triad of Leases Totaling 40,000 SF at Unicorn Park via Hunneman Team

WOBURN–The Hunneman North Team of Chris Curley, Ken Oppenheim, and Michael Allen represented tenants in three lease transactions totaling 40,000 SF at Unicorn Park.

Sirtex Medical, an Australian-based medical device company will expand their current location at 300 Unicorn Park to 20,294 SF and will remain in the park until 2024. Fitzmeyer and Tocci, an emerging engineering consulting firm that has occupied 11,000 SF in 300 Unicorn Park since 2014 has expanded into an additional +/- 3,000 SF and will extend their lease for an additional 10 years. Additionally, the 93 Financial Group, a registered investment adviser and licensed insurance agency, will extend their lease for an additional 7 years in the same space they currently occupy at 600 Unicorn Park.

“The ownership at Unicorn Park [National Development] did a great job of holding onto these tenants and are very proactive in continuing to improve the property, which made this an easy decision for our tenants to stay long-term,” said Chris Curley.

Unicorn Park is located with excellent access to both I-93 and Route 128/I-95 and is just 9 miles north of Boston.
