Sovos Partners With Colliers, CBT on Headquarters Extension & Renovation

WILMINGTON–Colliers International Boston negotiated a restriction and 8-year extension on Sovo’s headquarters, located at 200 Ballardvale Street. Colliers President, James Elcock, and Vice President, Stephen Woelfel Jr., and Tim Brodigan, led Sovos through a comprehensive exploration of the market that led to the decision. CBT Architects will assist Sovos in the redevelopment of the 50,000 sf space.

Woelfel spoke on the collaboration with Sovos. “Sovos is a dynamic software company that is expanding rapidly around the globe…we were thrilled to help them restructure and revamp their headquarter location and are excited to witness the transformation of the space into a state-of-the-art facility supporting its evolving culture.”
