102,000 SF Marlborough Office Building Trades for $16.5M via Avison Young

MARLBOROUGH–A 102,000 SF, 8-story brick office building has been sold for $16,500,000 through Avison Young’s Boston office. Vice President Brandon Dickason, Principal Scott Jamieson, Senior Vice President Bill Sullivan and Vice President Jon Pezzoni represented the seller, First Colony Development, who sold the building to Commonwealth Management, a Newton contractor, according to Avison Young.
“100 Crowley represents one of the premier class A office buildings in the Metro West Office Market,” said Dickason. “First Colony Development spared no expense in its construction making it an attractive setting for tenants. According to Avison, the building is 93 percent leased with quality long-term tenants and represents a secure investment opportunity for the buyer. “We are very pleased with Commonwealth Management’s commitment and execution of the deal from beginning to end,” added Dickason.
The four-story office building’s tenants include semiconductor manufacturer Allegro Microsystems and medical device manufacturer Boston Biomedical Associates. The building is located just off I-495.
