The Koury Group Of Marcus & Millichap Arranges $9.7M Sale Of Abington Lowe’s

ABINGTON – Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Lowe’s Home Improvement Center, a 102,000 square foot net-leased property located at 400 Bedford St in Abington, MA, according to Thomas Shihadeh, regional manager of the firm’s Boston office. The asset sold for $9,700,000.
Senior Managing Director James M. Koury and Associate Alex Quinn, retail investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office, exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer.
The Koury Group has been enjoying a banner year with five retail deals closed since March 1, totaling over $115,000,000 with another nine centers either under agreement or in the market for sale.
