AVON — The Stubblebine Company recently completed the sale of 108 Bodwell Street to CJ Shaughnessy Crane Service for $11.25 Million. The industrial asset consists of a 51,000 SF building on 6.33 acres with a clear height of 16’8 – 20’8. Situated just off Route 24 and less than 10 miles from I-95, the property affords excellent access to all parts north and south in the Commonwealth.
