BOSTON–With 40 new commercial real estate leases secured for corporate clients in 2017, The Stevens Group extended their reach and placed clients in 277,867 square feet throughout Greater Boston, as well as internationally.

Representing the interests of their expanding corporate clients, the independent Boston based brokerage firm helped locate, relocate and negotiate leases on behalf of dozens of clients for office space, research labs, medical clinics, and manufacturing facilities.

“We are seeing an extensive demand for additional space as our clients continue to grow organically - and outgrow their existing facilities. In addition, the investment world has contributed to many start-ups and new acquisitions; technology is the major driver, and the Boston labor market is the “place to be,” said Deb Stevens, a Partner, and Principal at The Stevens Group.

The commercial real estate firm highlighted three of their major deals in 2017: Massachusetts-based Tracelink’s new International Headquarters; doubling the size of the World Headquarters for Aras Corporation in Andover, Massachusetts; and five new clinic locations around Boston for the expansion of ProEx Physical Therapy.

Collaborating with The Levy Group in London, The Stevens Group secured new European headquarters for prescription-tracking company TraceLink. The larger, newly renovated office space in Uxbridge, UK enabled TraceLink to create roles for 120 new employees in Europe across sales, services, marketing, and administration. The life sciences technology firm, with headquarters in Massachusetts, is the largest tracking and tracing network in the life sciences supply chain - which eliminates counterfeit prescription drugs from the global marketplace.

Stevens added, “for our clients with locations in multiple states or countries, the ability to work with our affiliates in the International Tenant Representation Alliance (ITRA) is the key to helping them grow and continue our services globally.”

Aras Corporation Doubles HQ

The Stevens Group also secured new Headquarter for its client Aras - the Andover based corporate software solutions company. Aras was able to move down the street within the Andover Landing building at Brickstone Square office park, all while expanding to 64,298 SF. Projected to Move in the spring of 2018, the larger real estate footprint will allow Aras Corp to add more engineers and continue expanding its international customer base. Stevens Group collaborated with its ITRA Detroit affiliate to facilitate Aras’ growth in the Midwest as well.

ProEx Physical Therapy gets five new clinics

Amanda Stevens Snell, a Principal at The Stevens Group, represented and negotiated leases for five clinics with Pro-Ex Physical Therapy. Snell helped the growing PT Group analyze and select multiple new locations throughout Greater Boston. “By exclusively providing tenant representation services, we are routinely closing transactions throughout various geographic markets … When our clients are opening multiple locations, they appreciate the continuity of working with one team of advisors, while benefiting from seamless market knowledge and experience,” Snell affirms.

2017 Representation by The Stevens Group In Numbers:
