David Stubblebine, Matty Drouillard, and Stephen Flynn of Stubblebine Company represented the Buyer, Danny McKeeney, while Mitch Stepien from NAI represented the Seller, 348 Turnpike LLC. The 39,100 SF building is situated on 2.5 acres, located 2 Miles from I-93 and 4.1 Miles from Route 24.

Bosco Crane Company Inc., founded in 2000 by Daniel McKeeney Sr., is a family-owned crane, rigging, and trucking company based in Canton, Massachusetts. They serve the Metro Boston area, including the South and North Shores, Cape Cod, and the Islands. The company offers 24/7 emergency services, same-day responses, and holds all necessary permits for major cities. Their fleet includes Liebherr cranes, and their team comprises licensed, insured operators affiliated with IUOE Local 4.
