Software Company xSuite and a Biopharma Company to Relocate to Class A Building in Framingham, MA

BOSTON — JLL announced this week that software company xSuite and a biopharma development company have both signed leases to relocate to 100 Pennsylvania Ave, a 74,000 square feet Class A building owned by CB Equities in Framingham, MA. The biopharma development company will lease 7,691 square feet of space, and xSuite will lease a 3,708 square feet spec office suite, one of the move-in-ready office spaces in the building that will soon feature a Club Room, a renovated lobby and other common areas, and more.

“From easier permitting processes to the potential for flexible leases, more tenants are seeking the benefits of move-in-ready office spaces with premier amenities,” said Alison Powers, Executive Vice President at JLL. “These two tenant’s move to 100 Pennsylvania Ave. highlights just that – a move into a modern build-out delivered quickly that meets the needs of employees today while benefiting both landlords and tenants alike.”

In a prime central location with high visibility directly off Route 9 and less than a 1/4 mile to the Mass Pike exit 12, 100 Pennsylvania Avenue will feature a renovated lobby and common areas, including a “Club Room” equipped with beer, wine, Starbucks coffee and other high-quality, first-class amenities complete with new outdoor patio space. CB Equities is continuing to build modern-built spec office suites for quick delivery. The building will accommodate tenants from 3,000 to 30,000 square feet in size.
