The NEMA brand is locally inspired and powered by those same values, combining tech innovation, art, and lifestyle programming to curate meaningful living experiences .... we look forward to welcoming Boston residents home later this year,” said Bruce A. Menin, Managing Principal at Crescent Heights.

Located at 399 Congress Street, tenants are scheduled for first move-ins in September. Standing 21 stories tall in the heart of Seaport, NEMA will be home to 414 luxury apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom residences. Complete with premium finishes and appliances, NEMA Boston’s apartments are equipped with a myriad of lifestyle-enhancing tech features throughout the building, which, establish NEMA’s status as “Boston’s Smartest Residence,” according to a release.
