READING–Scott R. Hughes, President of New Dover Associates in Framingham represented the Buyer, CIL Walkers LLC, in the sale of 39 and 45 Walkers Brook Drive.
The fully leased retail property sold for $6,500,00. The two buildings totalling 12,620 sf are leased to Bertucci’s Restaurant Corp. and LongHorn Steakhouse. Bertucci’s filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11, in April but the Reading restaurant will remain open along with 31 others in Massachusetts.
