NORTHBOROUGH-Bret O’Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties recently completed an 18,700 square foot leasing spree at 44 Bearfoot Road in Northborough. The property is located conveniently just off I-290 at the first exit coming from I-495 by the Solomon Pond Mall. The most recent lease is to Rausch, Sturm, Israel, Enerson & Hornik, a law firm that represents financial institutions and creditors. This tenant will be taking occupancy of 4,228 square feet on the top floor as of December 1st.

Other leases include Child & Family Psychological Services, Mix Hits Radio, Yatco Distribution and Combined Insurance. The 45,000 square foot building currently offers 23,220 square feet available for lease, which consists of about a floor and a half of this three-story, first class office building. The landlord is installing a fitness center amenity in the building in Q1 of 2019. With visibility from I-290 the remaining space could be leased or sold to a company looking for this type of corporate or medical presence immediately off the highway with lighted signage on the interstate
