O’Brien Commercial Engaged In Several West Of Boston Leasing Assignments; Continues Active Run
December 20, 2018CONCORD-Eric O’Brien of O’Brien Commercial properties continued to work his sweet spot West of Boston, negotiating several assignments as 2018 comes to a close.
O’Brien represented the landlord, Nehemiah LLC in a three-pack of leases in Littleton. Fastenal Company has expanded and leased 5,600 square feet at 37 Ayer Road. The company will take occupancy this week. Parkside Utility Construction vacated the new Fastenal space and has 3,000 square feet along with its 40,000 square foot outdoor yard space at this same location. Compliance Management Group renewed its lease at the property for 12,668 square feet as well.
O’Brien also secured a lease with OYO Toys Inc. at 108 Forest Avenue in Hudson. OYO has leased the first floor of the building and will operate its corporate headquarters from this location.
Taking on a new assignment, O’Brien will be managing and leasing a newly constructed Marlborough facility. Jeremiah 29 LLC has broken ground on its new 80,000 square foot state-of-the-art climate-controlled self-storage facility at 215 Simarano Drive. The building will be situated on a dedicated three-acre site immediately off I-495, Exit 23-C. the property will feature 525 climate-controlled units in a five-story conventional steel structure with two large elevators and four loading docks. Marlboro Self Storage is slated to open in the fall of 2019. Aho Construction was awarded the contract to build the building. The land and zoning freeze enable a phase 2 expansion of an additional 80,000+ square feet of space, over 550 additional units.
