Novaya Leases 119,000 SF Class A Industrial to BAE Systems in Hudson NH

HUDSON, NH–Novaya Real Estate Ventures announced the lease of approximately 119,000 sf of industrial space to BAE systems. BAE Systems will relocate from Merrimack, NH. The property, located at 36 Executive Drive in Hudson, NH, features 32’ clear height, 40x40 column spacing, and ample loading and trailer parking. There is approximately 95,000 SF of available space at the property.
