Stubblebine Completes Trade of an Office in Lowell and Leases 52,7000 SF in Methuen

METHUEN — Pleasant Street Designs, DBA My Word!, has leased a 52,700 SF building at 476 Broadway, located just off Route 213 (also called “The Loop”) in Methuen. The facility was leased to accommodate company growth, according to a release.

Micah Stubblebine, Principal of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International represented My Word”!, and Chris Everest of Nordlund Associates represented the Landlord, Five Mark Properties.

In a separate transaction by Stubblebine, the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) has gained ownership of a modern, four-story office building located just off of Rt. 3 at 1115 Westford Street in Lowell. NEASC purchased the building for $3,950,000 to serve as their new company headquarters. Micah Stubblebine represented NEASC, and Blake Baldwin of Cushman & Wakefield represented the Seller, Princeton Properties.
