WORCESTER — Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), recently arranged a $5,175,000 refinancing loan for a 46-unit multifamily property in Worcester, Massachusetts.
The property is located at 44 Byron Street. Robert Damigella, Senior Director Capital Markets of MMCC arranged the 10- year loan, which features a fixed interest rate of 3.5% and a 30-year amortization schedule.
