Malden Auto Parts Shop Sold to Rugg Co. $2.4M Deal Brokered by Burgess/Mansard

Medford — Charlie Jacob of Burgess Properties brokered the sale of a former retail auto parts shop at 161-163 Mystic Avenue in Medford. The building, a 5,137 SF structure on +/-0.32 acres sold for $2.4 million.

The highly visible property is directly on Mystic Avenue, with excellent access to major routes and highways. Lechmere Rug Company purchased the building and has plans to renovate and occupy the acquisition.

Jeremy Cyrier of Mansard Commercial Properties represented the seller.
