Legacy Real Estate Ventures Acquires 14,000 SF Brockton Asset

BROCKTON — Legacy Real Estate Ventures closed on the purchase of 2 Jonathan Drive in Brockton, MA, in an all-equity transaction. The 14,000 sf building is fully occupied by TridentCare, a national diagnostic testing company that uses the location to service its Northeast clients. Parallel with the acquisition, Legacy is extending the lease with TridentCare through 2030. The $1.9 million purchase was brokered by Henry Leiber of NAI Hunneman.
“Legacy is expanding our model to include all equity acquisitions.,” said principal Jen Price. “This property represents a fantastic long-term cash flow play, with the TridentCare lease extension and future expansion ability on-site.”
Located approximately 20 miles south of Boston in Brockton, Massachusetts, 2 Jonathan Drive has been well-managed and maintained; recent capital improvements include a new paved parking lot, a new rubber membrane roof, and the replacement of several of the HVAC units. Situated off Route 24 and within minutes of Interstate 93, Interstate 95, and Interstate 495, 2 Jonathan Drive provides seamless access to all Greater Boston major highway systems and population centers. The property also benefits from its proximity just minutes away from numerous restaurants, shopping, entertainment options and business services.
