KS Partners Names Jennifer Carrigan Director of Leasing

WOBURN – KS Partners today announced the promotion of Jennifer Carrigan to Vice President, Director of Leasing. Her responsibilities include managing and developing the leasing team, as well as facilitating leases throughout the firm’s 4.8 million-square-foot New England portfolio.

“While 2020 has been a trying year, adversity does allow some folks the opportunity to shine,” stated Kambiz Shahbazi, president and founder of KS Partners. “I am confident that Jennifer is the best person for this role and am delighted for her to have earned this promotion.”

Carrigan joined the company in 2017 and has been the Assistant Director of Leasing. She brings 15 years of commercial real estate experience to the position, having previously worked with Newmark Knight Frank and Thompson Hennessey & Partners.

“I am excited to step into this new role. The team at KS Partners is one that I’m proud to work with,” said Carrigan.

Carrigan earned her BA at Wells College and her MFA at The University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa. She is a member of NAIOP.
