Kenny and Howard Appointed to CBRE Leasing & Investment Sales Teams

Boston — CBRE announced the addition of two Vice Presidents to its Greater Boston team. Shay Kenney joins the Office Leasing business, focusing on landlord representation. Brooke Howard joins the Capital Markets team, focusing on investment sales across multiple asset classes.

Kenney served on the Cambridge leasing team at JLL before joining CBRE. Before her tenure with JLL, she was an Associate in CBRE Advisory business in its New York City office for four years, where she specialized in agency representation for several institutional and entrepreneurial owners. With a collaborative leadership style, she takes an entrepreneurial approach to growing and strengthening client relationships. Kenney received a B.A. in Economics from Boston College.

Before joining CBRE, Howard was part of the JLL Capital Markets team in Boston, specializing in investment sales across Greater Boston. Earlier in her career, she served as a Senior Advisor/Capital Markets at Colliers International. Over the course of her career, she has transacted across various property types, including hospitality, industrial, land, office, retail, multifamily and healthcare. Howard earned a BA in Public Policy and Law from Trinity College, where she was a member of the varsity basketball and golf teams.
