Integrated Builders Promotes Concannon to President; Dacey Assumes CEO Role

ROCKLAND–Integrated Builders has promoted John Concannon from Vice President of Operations to President. In his new role, Concannon will be responsible for construction management and operations for all of the organization’s projects. Concannon will continue to oversee subcontractor bidding and coordination, prioritize on-site safety, manage budgets and schedules, and spearhead client communications.
Concannon elaborated on his achievement. “I am thrilled with this opportunity, and flattered by the confidence shown in me…Integrated’s experienced, talented team and customer-focused culture, position it to enjoy continued success,” extolled Concannon.
Current Owner and President of Integrated Builders, Jay Dacey, will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer and dedicate a greater percentage of his time to sales and estimating activities. Dacey is confident the new position with help further develop the company, “As Integrated grows, this is an essential change,” noted Dacey.
Concannon’s repertoire includes high-tech, commercial, institutional, laboratory, manufacturing, industrial, and renovation projects in the $25 to $50 million range. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Concannon has over two decades of industry experience and has worked with service corporations, developers, property managers, and private sector clients to suit their unique construction management needs.
