Industry Vet Fitzgerald Joins Hunneman after Decades with CBRE

BOSTON–Hunneman added industry veteran and former partner at CBRE, Robert Fitzgerald to its brokerage team as Executive Vice President. Fitzgerald joins Hunneman with over two decades of experience and has worked with both commercial landlords and tenants. He will work closely with the Urban Advisory Group and will focus on Cambridge and the inner suburban markets, according to the firm.

Prior to joining Hunneman, Fitzgerald was a Senior Vice President and Partner at CBRE/New England. He specializes in commercial leasing having worked with a variety of clients including Mount Auburn Hospital, Atrius Health, The Davis Companies and KBS Realty Advisors, to name a few.

Fitzgerald has a B.A. from Tufts University and served for many years on the Board of Directors and as President of the Commercial Brokers Association of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. Additionally, he is a member of the Cambridge Transit Committee, sits on several boards and is an active participant and fundraiser for local charities. Fitzgerald was part of the winning team for the 2018 CBA Awards Office Deal of the Year, Greater Cambridge, as representative of InterSystems at One Memorial Drive. Fitzgerald lives in Cambridge with his family.
