Hunneman Inks Deal for Crossroads Continuum in 7,500+ SF Marlborough Lease

MARLBOROUGH — Hunneman recently completed the long-term lease at 290 Donald J Lynch Blvd, Marlborough, on behalf of Crossroads Continuum, the non-profit dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for those with autism and related disorders from birth through adulthood. Hunneman’s Senior Vice President, Ken Oppenheim and Vice President, Patrick Grady represented Crossroads, while Kevin Brawley and Stephen Woelfel of Colliers represented the landlord, Genesis Management Group.

At 290 Donald J Lynch Blvd, Marlborough, Crossroads will occupy ± 7,500 SF of office and training room space. The expansion of the non-profit is part of Crossroad’s strategic plan. Recently awarded a capacity-building grant from the Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation, Crossroad plans to achieve its strategic plan with 3 high-impact goals: become a multiservice, community-based agency; retain and develop staff; and ensure the sustainability of the organization, in order to make a sustainable impact.

Crossroads was established in 2002 as a school providing individualized, comprehensive education and related services heavily relies on the generous support of their families, community partners, their foundation and by hosting a multitude of fundraising events each year.
