Greater Boston Commercial and Aho Properties Team to Complete Two Sales Totaling $6 Million

MARLBOROUGH — Bret O’Brien and Ben Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties Inc. alongside Joel Aho of Aho Properties, recently completed two separate transactions at 68 Tower Street and 312 Main Street in Hudson, MA - totaling 110,000 SF for the $6 million worth in deals.
In the first sale of 40,000 SF at 68 Tower Street for $2,450,000, Aho represented the seller of the Industrial Warehouse built in 1900, while O’Brien and Gatti represented the buyer.
The second trade of an industrial warehouse at 312 Main street had the two firms teaming to represent the buyer, a local investor, in the purchase of the 1940s built property for cash flow income in a $3,455,000 investment sale of the 70,000 SF facility.
