Framingham 182 Room Hotel and the 6,863 s/f British Beer Restaurant Sold Via TRB Realty

The Framingham Hotel and British Beer Restaurant located at 120 & 130 Worcester Road (Route 9) in Framingham, MA has been sold via TRB Realty. The sale included several hotel buildings totaling 96,206 s/f with 182 guest rooms.  In addition, a freestanding British Beer Company restaurant totaling 6,863 s/f was part of the portfolio.

TRB fFunder and President, Thomas R. Blakely says the assets popularity and traffic made the properties easy to market . “The subject location is tremendous and well-known by investors, tenants and others for having one of the highest barriers to entry in the heart of one of the few super regional markets in Massachusetts.  It doesn’t get better than this in Framingham on the golden mile section of Route 9…we are extremely pleased with the outcome of this transaction”, said Tom Blakely.

TRB Realty was the sole broker in the transaction.
