Five Leases In Five Months for 24,187 SF at Bearfoot Rd in Northborough

​NORTHBOROUGH–Greater Boston Commercial Properties recently completed a 24,187 square foot leasing spree at 44 Bearfoot Road in Northborough, which consisted of five new leases in five months, procured by Bret O’Brien.

The property is located conveniently just off I-290 at the first exit from I-495 by the Solomon Pond Mall. The largest of the five new tenants is Marlborough Office Center, Inc., who is taking occupancy of the entire 15,500 square foot, second floor on May 1st.

The other new leases are Endeavor Films, Inc., in 1,800 SF; NexGen Driving Academy - 1,564 SF; Northboro Psychiatric Associates in 1,095 SF and Rausch, Sturm, Israel, Enerson & Hornik, inking 4,228 SF. The 45,000 SF building is now 88% leased with two suites remaining.

44 Bearfoot Road was built in 2001 and is one of the newest Boroughs office buildings with 5.5’ high ribbon glass, The landlord recently renovated the lobbies and created a building amenity fitness center.
