PEABODY–A groundbreaking ceremony took place at 795 Jubilee Drive to celebrate supply chain management company Expeditors International of Washington’s new office and warehouse project. The new building will include two floors of office space and a warehouse, totaling 140,000 sq ft. In addition, 150 members will be employed at the Peabody location, 60 of which reside on the North Shore. The site is expected to be completed by March 2019.
Expeditors is partnering with Dacon Corporation, a Natick-based design and build construction management firm.
