August 19, 2026
NORTH ANDOVER — DataPivot Technologies, a leading provider of enterprise cyber resilience and infrastructure solutions, opened its new headquarters at 50 High Street in North Andover, Massachusetts. According to a press release, the move will support DataPivot’s rapidly growing team, deepen its partnerships with clients and technology partners, and accelerate the buildout of its expanding Managed Services offerings. The state-of-the-art facility will provide first-class working environments for current employees while creating the physical and operational infrastructure to support significant hiring and service expansion in the years ahead.
Known as Davis & Furber Mills, the mixed-use property is owned and operated by RCG of Somerville. The downtown North Andover former mill campus boasts over 500,000 square feet of renovated brick and beam space. The DataPivot lease represents a nearly 350 percent expansion for the company (from 5,000 to 22,500 square feet). It reflects DataPivot’s continued momentum and reinvestment after 11 consecutive years of profitable growth as the company enters its 12th year of expansion.
“This is an aggressive, intentional, and measured move that reflects where we are as a company today and more importantly, where we are headed,” said Giles Westie, CEO, DataPivot Technologies. “Eleven consecutive years of growth are the result of exceptional people, exceptional focus, trusted client relationships, and an unwavering commitment to delivering results. As we enter this next chapter, we’re creating a first-class space to grow our team, invest in innovation, and continue raising the bar for what clients should expect from a technology partner.”
Its new headquarters will provide more room for employee growth and a better working environment while serving as the center for DataPivot’s continued investment in its Managed Services portfolio, one of the company’s fastest-growing practice areas focused on delivering Data Protection and Cyber Resilience as a service.
“With AI, Cloud, and the never-ending security battle, the technology landscape is evolving faster than ever, and DataPivot was built to help our customers stay ahead of it,” said Westie. “Our clients trust us to help them navigate that complexity with confidence. Our new headquarters reflects our commitment to investing in the people, the expertise, and the capabilities to support our clients for years to come.”
