Boston’s Giacomo’s Will Open New Restaurant In Former Wayland Bertucci’s

WAYLAND– Summit Realty Partners has announced that Giacomo’s Ristorante, a well-known Boston eatery of classic Italian-American and seafood dishes, has signed a lease to open a new restaurant in Wayland Town Center. The spot is expected to open before the end of 2018.
Giacomo’s has leased the 3,259 sq ft former Bertucci’s Restaurant space, located at 14 Elissa Avenue. The new Wayland location will be the first Giacomo’s to offer pizza and will feature a full-service bar serving cocktails, beer and an extensive wine list. The restaurant currently has three other locations in the North End, South End, and Melrose.
Wayland Town Center is a 175,000 +/- sq ft grocery-anchored, mixed-use development catering to the residential communities of Wayland, Weston, Sudbury and others. Notable tenants include Stop & Shop Supermarket, Boston Sports Clubs, Takara Japanese Restaurant, Panera and Verizon Wireless. Summit Realty Partners, Inc. is the exclusive leasing agent for the community center.
