A Combined 21,000+ SF of Industrial Leases In Lowell by Hunneman Team Brings Properties Full

Lowell — Hunneman has brokered two leases totaling a combined 21,096 square feet in Lowell, Massachusetts. Fisher Auto Parts, an automotive aftermarket retailer and wholesaler with over 500 locations nationwide, will open its first Lowell location at 205 Industrial Ave E, and Sevita Health, a home and community-based specialty health care provider, will expand its space at 22 Old Canal Drive to support additional service lines. Both transactions bring the respective properties to full lease.
205 Industrial Avenue E is a 14,200 square-foot industrial flex space within a 44,000 square-foot building in Lowell. The property’s strategic location bolsters Fisher Auto Parts’ expansion in Massachusetts and provides access to Route 3 and Interstate 495, which will support the company’s distribution and shipping services.
22 Old Canal Drive, also located in Lowell, is a 31,604 square-foot industrial building and Sevita Health’s expansion represents an additional 6,896 square feet of space at the property. Located near Route 3, 22 Old Canal offers proximity to the Lowell Connector, which provides access to Boston and surrounding communities.

Both properties are also ideally located in proximity to several retail and dining options. 205 Industrial Avenue E offers close access to Target, Lowe’s, Market Basket, and Tavern in the Square, and 33 Old Canal Drive is conveniently located near Walmart, Hannaford Supermarkets, and Starbucks.
As Hunneman continues to expand its activity in the region, the team has also announced it will be representing the landlord of 33 Glen Avenue in Chelmsford, a neighboring town to Lowell. The property will offer 37,478 square feet of industrial, warehouse, and flex space available in early October, with amenities including eight loading docks and a drive-in door. 33 Glen Ave similarly provides convenient access to Route 3 and I-495 and the Lowell Commuter Rail station.
