The Dartmouth Co. Hired for Exclusive to Sell Desirable Chestnut Hill Retail Parcel

BOSTON–The Dartmouth Company has been exclusively retained by Leone Realty Trust of Rockport, Maine to sell 174 Boylston Street, in Newton’s historic Chestnut Hill. This site is currently leased to Bassett Furniture. The 0.94-acre parcel consists of a 3-level 19,572 square foot retail space. It is adjacent to Chestnut Hill Square and across the street from the Chestnut Hill Mall.

The Dartmouth Company said it will be evaluating offers on a rolling basis. Peter Considine and Sean Gildea of The Dartmouth Company are representing the Seller.

“This highly visible and heavily trafficked site lays within a retail corridor that is surrounded by upscale shopping, distinctive dining, entertainment, and luxury residences. We are very grateful to have the opportunity to work on the sale of this asset,” said Considine, a Partner at Dartmouth.
