Stubblebine Company Represents Seller/Buyer in $1.7M Exclusive Industrial Trade
September 10, 2019
537 Great Road, Littleton MA
LITTLETON–James and Micah Stubblebine, Principals of The Stubblebine Company represented FFD LLC, an entity controlled by the Foster Family of Portland Maine, in the sale of 537 Great Road, Littleton MA. They also directly procured 537 Great Road Realty Trust, a trust controlled by John McKenna and Joseph Bozek. According to the registry of deed the sale price was $1,700,000.
For over ten years, the property was occupied by Hitec Sensors before they expanded and moved to 33,000 sf in Chelmsford MA (a transaction also handled by Stubblebine). “We are thankful for the long-standing relationship we have had with Craig and Marc Foster and are completely satisfied that a quality investment group has secured the building ... the Buyer chose this property because of its close proximity to both the I-495 / Route 2 and the amenities at The Point, and the flexible nature of the building, ideal for office, flex and industrial.” confirms James Stubblebine.
