121 Brick Kiln Road, Chelmsford MA

CHELMSFORD–In a combined sales total of $2.84 million, Eric O’Brien, President of O’Brien Commercial Properties recorded two west suburban closings. GPX Properties disposed of 121 Brick Kiln Road in Chelmsford, Massachusetts to Atlantic Restoration for $I.3 million.

121 Brick Kiln Road is a 14,000 square foot office building located on 4 acres of industrial land immediately off Route 3 and 1-495. O’Brien Commercial Properties represented the buyer and seller in this transaction. Eric O’Brien and Sean Fraser were the brokers of record.

In a second transaction, O’Brien represented Highrock Covenant Church on its recent purchase of two buildings on a 4-acre site in Acton. The buildings are at 255-257 Great Road in Acton, Massachusetts.

Highrock will be opening their Acton church campus at the site to soon serve the Acton community. Highrock, a multi-campus Christian church, is fast expanding in the Greater Boston area. They are currently meeting on Sunday mornings at Gates Elementary School.

“Highrock Acton paid $1,412,500 for the real estate and $135,000 for the former Makaha Chinese Restaurant. In total, they paid $1,547,500 which they felt was a good value after an extensive search that lasted over one year,” said O’Brien.
