BROOKLINE–455 Harvard Street is just the second newly constructed rental building in Brookline in the last decade - the other being 45 Marion Street, which was also constructed by the same development team, The Danesh Group. The developer has begun leasing at 455 Harvard Street, a new 17-unit residential rental building in the Coolidge Corner neighborhood of Brookline.

The mixed-use multi-family development will consist of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with high-end finishes and a ground floor retail space. The building’s amenities include a fitness center, outdoor private areas, garage parking and bicycle storage. The contemporary styled apartments feature open floorplans with in-unit washer/dryers, high ceilings, large windows, individual heating/cooling controls, and are pet-friendly. David Danesh, president of The Danesh Group noted the selection of amenities and finishes offered at 455 Harvard Street are tailored to maximize comfort and convenience in today’s urban lifestyle.

“We are committed to the future of Brookline and we are proud of our latest mixed-use development at 455 Harvard Street ... the project combines easy access to public transportation, elegant design, and will add rare new construction rentals in Brookline,” Danesh added.

Conveniently located between the MBTA B and C lines, with easy access to Longwood Medical Center, Downtown Boston, and Cambridge. 455 Harvard Street will bring long-awaited new apartment units to the Coolidge Corner area. The Danesh Group worked with Cube3 Studio and the town of Brookline to design the conforming, yet modern structure, and creative vision for 455 Harvard Street.
