BEDFORD NH–The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International negotiated the sale of an industrial building in Bedford, NH for $5,600,000. Aaron Smith, David Skinner, and James and David Stubblebine negotiated the sale for the Seller, First American Realty, while the Buyer, Amber Properties, LLC, was represented by Roger Dieker of CBRE.

Originally built for Axle Remanufacturing, the property will be retrofitted for multi-tenant industrial use by Amber properties. The Stubblebine Company represented the Landlord, a venture between Marcus Partners and Northbridge Partners, and CBRE represented the Tenant in the transaction.
