NEWTON — SVN Parsons Commercial Group Boston, has announced the completion of the sale of a 15,181 square foot four building portfolio at 40 Austin Street in Newton, 1290 Main Street in Waltham, 4 North Main Street in Bellingham, and 231 East Central Street in Franklin, Massachusetts for $7,000,000. Senior Real Estate Advisor, Marilyn Santiago of SVN Parsons Commercial Group Boston, was the sole broker in the transaction.
