NORTHBOROUGH–Bret O’Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, recently completed the sales of two suburban properties totaling $3.35 million and 51,267 square feet.
The first at 123 Washington Street in Holliston is a 38,161 square foot former manufacturing building with three tenants occupying approximately 21% of the building, with the balance still available for lease. O’Brien and Tyler DeWolfe were the sole brokers of record representing the seller and directly procuring the buyer Peter Jin. The $1,150,000 acquisition was a cash transaction with no financing.
The second sale at 155 Middlesex Turnpike in Burlington is a 13,106 square foot office building located minutes from the Burlington mall and Route 128. O’Brien represented the buyer Ovitas, Inc. who plans to retain several existing tenants and relocate its offices to the vacant space from a nearby leased building. The price for 155 Middlesex Turnpike was $2,200,000.
