O’Brien and Gatti Sell 44,580 SF Warehouse/Manufacturing in Holliston
October 31, 2018
56 Lowland Street, Holliston, MA
HOLLISTON–Bret O’Brien and Ben Gatti, of Greater Boston Commercial Properties recently brokered the sale of 56 Lowland Street in Holliston, MA for $2,825,000. The 44,580 Sq. Ft. warehouse/manufacturing building is located on 4.02 acres of industrial land. Greater Boston coordinated an exceptional marketing campaign which, according to O’Brien, created a competitive bidding environment.
Within two weeks of listing the property, O’Brien and Gatti had three potential buyers bidding over the asking price and sold the property at a 7% premium - with hard money down on the purchase and sale agreement. The buyer, Tech Trust, LLC., closed on the sale in late September.
