BOSTON–The Hunneman team of James Boudrot and Steve James completed the leasing assignment of 15,783 SF at Middlesex Green in Concord, MA on behalf of the Tenant, Rize, Inc. The Landlord, Paradigm Partners, was represented by John T. Kerrigan, a Principal at Avison Young.

Rize, Inc., a Boston-based additive manufacturing company that enables industrial 3D printing, will relocate their current office in Woburn to 575 Virginia Road in Concord. Rize will occupy approximately 15,783 SF in a seven-plus year deal.

“The move to our new Concord space will allow us to expand our business and better meet our future growth needs with the office being part of a five-building campus,” said Arif Padaria, VP, Corporate Development & Operations at Rize. “The new office has an outstanding location near Routes 128 and 2, which are central to both our employees and customer base.”

The Concord campus provides a class A park setting and is situated less than six minutes from Route 128. Among its tenant amenities, Middlesex Green offers a fitness center, full-service café, community gardens, on-site mobile car repair services, disc golf, electric car charging stations, bike rentals, a basketball court and a Wellbeats virtual fitness studio.

“The campus at Middlesex Green is a tremendous value for the Rize team and the Paradigm management team offers excellent sponsorship and management of the buildings,” said Hunneman’s Boudrot. “The space is newly renovated with cutting-edge features, ample glass, and natural light. It is truly a phenomenal space and a great fit for Rize’s needs in both the short and long term.”

In addition to the Rize transaction, the campus recently welcomed Entegee, who recently signed to expand to 3,674 SF and extend their lease.

“We are pleased with the leasing activity at Middlesex Green in which many cutting edge companies choose to reside,” said John Caldwell, President of Paradigm Partners. “We feel the trends which bring them to the campus consist of location, quality of amenities, and the need for expansion space for anticipated growth. We are excited these innovative companies have chosen to grow with us at Middlesex Green.”

The Middlesex Green park can accommodate a multitude of uses including office, lab and R&D in spaces ranging from 2,000 SF up to 70,000 sf.
