AUGUSTA, ME — Bob Horvath and Todd Tremblay of Horvath & Tremblay completed the sale of ConvenientMD in Augusta, Maine. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the $5,076,400 transaction.
