For Over $2M Greater Boston Hits a Grand Slam with Triple M Movers Sale
December 01, 2020
35 Scales Lane, Townsend MA
LITTLETON–Bret O’Brien and Mitchell Stepien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the seller of 35 Scales Lane in Townsend, Massachusetts. The 39,000 square foot building was bought by Regional Home Care, Inc., which specializes in sleep therapy equipment.
According to a release, the flex building sale price is more than three and half times the $650,000 the seller, Triple M Movers, paid for the property when Greater Boston Commercial Properties represented the transaction seven years ago. The O’Brien-Stepien team believes the sellers capitalized at a peak market opportunity.
